Please ensure that they are compatible- if we discover halfway through a build that a part isn’t compatible or is potentially dangerous, our fee will be still chargeable.
5.2 Post-Service Inspection: The customer should inspect the bicycle upon completion of the service to ensure the repairs meet their expectations. Any concerns should be raised before leaving the premises or within 24 hours of the service.
6. Storage
- Please bring the bike in promptly as we don’t have much storage space and run a tight schedule.
- After your bike service is completed, please pay and collect your bike promptly. As we don’t have much space, we may need to charge a storage fee to encourage busy people to help us free up room.
